Account Representative
Eagle Systems is a leading document solutions company in Western New York. Product offerings include copiers, printers, document management systems, and other commercial grade office equipment and software.
Job Description:
The Account Representative role is to help improve the way an organization manages their printing needs through expert product recommendations and excellent service. In this position, you will be responsible for business-to-business sales, growing and managing customer accounts, prospecting for new opportunities, managing the entire sales cycle, and gaining new market share.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect for new business opportunities
- Set appointments
- Identify client needs and develop solution strategies
- Prepare and present sales proposals
- Negotiate and implement contracts
- Develop and maintain client relationships
- Meet and exceed sales goals
- Travel to prospective client locations
- Document sales process into CRM system including opportunities, and activities
- Stay up to date with latest office technology and demonstrate products to clients

Minimum Requirements:
- Associates Degree
- Previous technology sales experience
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Paid Training:
- Initial training period includes assisting current sales representatives with daily sales process, virtual and in-house classes, live prospecting & appointment setting by phone and email
- Ongoing product training and eLearning
