Branch Manager Duties
- Financial Management: Own and manage branch P&L, set revenue goals, and track sales activities to ensure financial health and growth.
- Leadership & Culture: Drive the company vision, uphold Eagle Title’s core values, and provide operational and cultural leadership for branch success.
- Team Development: Recruit, train, and mentor staff while conducting regular performance reviews to foster growth and high performance.
- Client Service: Ensure Settlement Officers and processors deliver exceptional service aligned with Eagle Title’s Brand Promise.
- Operations: Oversee standardized processes, efficient settlements, and collaboration with directors to streamline pre- and post-closing tasks.
- Facility Oversight: Maintain an organized, well-equipped branch and resolve escalated issues to support smooth operations and quality closings.
Sales Duties
- Business Development: Create and execute strategies to build and nurture relationships with real estate agents, lenders, and key clients.
- Client Service: Deliver outstanding customer service, manage settlement processes, and conduct in-house or remote residential signings.
- Market Presence: Represent Eagle Title at industry events, maintain a positive community presence, and stay informed on industry trends.
- Compliance: Ensure settlements meet all regulatory and company standards while enhancing expertise through continuous education.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership and team-building skills with 3–5 years of real estate or title industry experience.
- Active Maryland Title Insurance Producer’s License (or in the process of obtaining one).
- Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
- Technology proficiency, including Microsoft Office and title management software (Qualia preferred).
- Excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach.
