We are a renowned Supper Club specializing in fine dining, hosting large events such as weddings, banquets and special holiday brunches for 250 guests. With a focus on top-tier service, delicious meals, and unforgettable and wow experiences, we are looking for talented individuals to help us continue delivering excellence.
Responsibilities
- Lead Team Eagle in daily meal preparation for a wide variety of events, including regular dining hours, weddings, banquets, events, executive retreats and holiday brunches
- Develop seasonal menus with a focus on fine dining and high-quality ingredients.
- Ensure all food is prepared in accordance with health and safety regulations, including remaining current on all required licensing.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in food handling and storage.
- Responsible for maintaining and controlling all inventory, keeping with all requirements in inventory control and cost control measures.
- Collaborate to create custom menus for large-scale events.
- Supervise kitchen staff, providing training and guidance to enhance team performance.
- Plan and execute menus, including special events and dietary needs.
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Foster a positive, efficient and FUN kitchen environment
Qualifications
- Strong inventory management and control skills
- Proficient in food preparation and service management
- Experience in kitchen and restaurant management
- Ability to cater and oversee food service operations
- Leadership and team management capabilities
- Familiarity with banquet and fine dining service
- Knowledge of dietary department practices
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $1,200.00 - $1,300.00 per week
