QHSE Manager

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the Quality area at EagleBurgmann Industries, LP United States. Coordinate, direct, plan and evaluate the quality management system in the company, ensuring the quality of the services provided to customers according to their needs (Ensure the company's Quality policies). Acts as an agent of change to generate a Culture of Quality. Develops, directs and supports Quality improvement initiatives in close contact with your corporate functional leader (Corporate Lead Function Quality)
  • Boost the growth of your work team.
  • Supervise Quality Management and ensure ISO 9001 certification process compliance.
  • Control the execution of the quality policy by ensuring adherence to standards, procedures, and instructions across production and administrative processes.
  • Ensure follow-up on certifications, audits (internal and external), and generate action plans for compliance.
  • Participate in developing work instructions, processes, systems, and collaborating with purchasing for local supplier development.
  • Maintain area KPIs and manage corrective actions for any deviations.
  • Address deviations from customer complaints and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Implement corporate global specifications, manage reports related to self-inspection, acceptance tests, measuring devices, customer complaints, and analyze non-conforming quality deviations for corrective action.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or related Engineering.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in leadership positions within Quality Management.
  • Advanced knowledge of quality tools and continuous improvement techniques.
  • Experience coordinating work teams effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills with a strong customer focus.
  • Ability to manage complex and high-pressure situations.
  • Experience in implementing ISO 9001 Quality Management System and knowledge of auditing management systems; QMR Certification and valid auditor certificate are preferred.
