QUALITY HSE COORDINATOR
Responsibilities
- Ensure systems are in place to deliver quality parts to customers on time.
- Drive a continuous improvement culture by identifying and resolving issues that hinder quality targets.
- Investigate all non-conformances to prevent recurring quality issues.
- Develop policies, processes, and training to minimize the risk of associate injury.
- Ensure compliance with company security policies and procedures.
- Perform internal audits to identify non-conformances in QMS and processes, improving the system.
- Coordinate and perform supplier audits and training on quality and HSE systems.
- Prioritize tasks, coordinate efforts with multiple departments, and adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment, with occasional travel required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Management, or equivalent work experience.
- Experience with SAP or similar software is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; well-organized, detail-oriented, and a self-starter.
- Good interpersonal skills, confident, self-motivated, and a proven track record in Quality and HSE performance.
- Ability to travel occasionally overnight and/or internationally.
- Engineering certification and/or extensive training in industrial plant operations, safety, maintenance, and team-based leadership.
- Knowledge of relevant technology, machinery, production processes, and controls; ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 9001/2015 certifications and experience in QMS Audit processes.
