Allisonville Meadows is now hiring an Assistant Director of Nursing (RN) to join their team! Fishers, Indiana The Assistant Director of Nursing Services (ADNS) assumes delegated responsibility and accountability for the provision of resident care according to professional standards of nursing practice in compliance with state and federal laws and regulations. In coordination with the Director of Nursing Services (DNS), develops, communicates, and maintains nursing policies and procedures that reflect current clinical practice, professional standards, and company and facility philosophy of care consistent with Federal and State laws and corporate policies and procedures.
