Rosewalk Village in Lafayette and Williamsport Nursing and Rehab is now hiring a full-time Physical Therapist to join their team Work in our outpatient assisted living community and inpatient skilled nursing! Provides physical therapy services to patients per a written physician's plan of care and as defined in the state Physical Therapy Practice Act.
The Physical Therapist implements, with minimal supervision, quality physical therapy services for patients in accordance with the principles and practices of physical therapy and within agency policies and procedures. ASC Therapies Mentorship Program

- Graduate of an accredited school of Physical Therapy
- Indiana therapy license or ability to obtain one
- Excellent communication and Interpersonal skills
