Duties / Responsibilities :
- Design wall panels with info provided from client.
- Interact with customers to solve issues and resolve questions about the designs.
- Works independently on design projects and assignments
- Collaborate with design team to keep turnaround quick and efficient.
- Assist with truss designs as needed.
- Report any ongoing or immediate issues to management.
- Optimize design for efficiency and customer specification.
- Provide customer support, as needed.
- Review the new versions of panel software and other programs for bugs and software improvement ideas
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
