Description :
The Training, Demo and Deployment Specialist will work with our customers to help implement and support our software products in the truss and component manufacturing industry.
Requirements :
Duties / Responsibilities :
- Performs training sessions, monitors and records attendance, and prepares reports based on user participation.
- Conduct software specific classes both at corporate location and customer site.
- Conduct software demonstrations.
- Assist in software deployment and training for new customers and / or new products.
- Provide on site guidance for customer onboarding, as needed.
- Provide customer support, as needed.
- Provide customer design services, as needed.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
