We are in search of a Motorcycle Transporter to join our growing team. Ideal candidates must have experience operating a pickup truck and trailer, and handling powersports/motorcycles. This position reports directly to the National Fleet Director.
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Load and unload motorcycles on and off of large trailers
- Drive loaded/unloaded trailers to and hub and spoke ER locations to fill operational needs
- Check condition of units at pick up and drop off and maintain basic reports (mileage logs and bills of lading)
- Comply with all company safety programs, rules, regulations, procedures, and instructions that are applicable
Qualifications:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Professional appearance and strong work ethic
- Physically fit to move large motorcycles, trailers etc.
- Must have an excellent driving record (No tickets or accidents)
- Must know how to operate heavy duty, dually, diesel truck and large single and/or dual axle trailers
- Familiar with how to strap motorcycles to a trailer using ratchet straps so that they are properly secured for transport
- Must have a motorcycle license
- Experience with delivery and/or towing
