What are the responsibilities and job description for the Apartment Maintenance Technician position at Eagles Crest Apartments?
Experienced Residential Maintenance Person needed for large modern apartment complex in Davenport, IA. Applicant must be able to troubleshoot problems, perform repairs, have excellent painting skills, be motivated to do a good job. Excellent customer service skills are a plus.. Applicant must be on time and be reliable. Must have knowledge of minor plumbing and minor electrical repair. Must have experience in residential upkeep. Must pass a drug and criminal background check. A successful applicant must have a pick up truck or vehicle to haul materials for job occasionally. Please provide your resume.
