Are you a seasoned security professional looking for a new opportunity to lead and make a real impact? Eagles Point Security is hiring two dedicated night Field Supervisors with a minimum of 1-year experience in the security field. We've learned from our past experiences and are determined to bring in the best candidates to oversee our night operations.
Position: Field Supervisor (Full-time & Part-time)
Location: San Diego, California
Hourly Rate: $22-25 (Experience-based) Unarmed $22-$23, Armed $24-$25
Shift Hours: 2100-0500
Key Qualifications:
- Industry Experience: A minimum of 1-year experience in the security field is required. We need individuals who understand the dynamics of contract security guard services.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, guide, and inspire security officers to deliver top-notch services.
- Communication: Exceptional communication skills to connect with officers, account managers, and clients effectively.
- Problem-Solving: Quick thinking and adept at finding solutions to challenges that may arise during night operations.
- Customer Focus: A commitment to providing exceptional customer service and addressing client concerns overnight.
Responsibilities:
- Night Operations Oversight: As a Field Supervisor, you will oversee night operations in the absence of management, ensuring the security of our clients' properties and the safety of our officers.
- Performance Assessment: Assess employees on their properties, identify areas for improvement, and work to enhance service quality.
- Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with our security officers, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Scheduling: Work in collaboration with our Dispatch department to cover call off and open shifts.
- Training and Development: Train officers as needed to maintain high levels of professionalism and competence.
- Post Check and Dispatch Utilization: Work closely with the dispatch department to conduct proper post checks.
- Post Orders and SOPs: Collaborate with account managers to create and improve post orders and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Communication: Maintain open lines of communication with account managers, ensuring client expectations are met.
- Occasional Standing Post: In rare occasions, Field Supervisors may need to stand post until open shifts are covered.
