Key Responsibilities
- Multi-Site Patrols: Visit multiple properties per shift, ensuring a strong security presence and completing thorough site checks.
- Enforce Community Standards: Address noise complaints, enforce parking regulations, and communicate community rules with professionalism.
- Incident Reporting: Conduct detailed, accurate reports on vandalism, trespassing, lock/unlock services, and any on-site incidents using TrackTik software.
- Vehicle Operation: Operate assigned patrol vehicles safely and responsibly — maintaining cleanliness, reporting any mechanical issues, and ensuring compliance with GPS and dash cam policies.
- Time Management: Adhere to a strict route schedule, ensuring no property goes unchecked. Coordinate with supervisors if incidents cause delays.
- Security Experience: Minimum of 1 year preferred — patrol experience a plus!
- Valid Driver’s License: Clean driving record required.
- Strong Communication Skills: Ability to professionally handle community interactions and write detailed reports.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using mobile apps and reporting software like TrackTik.
- Reliable and Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle unexpected situations with composure.
- Physical Fitness: Must be able to walk properties and perform light physical tasks during patrols.
- Leaders in the Making: This role requires accountability, initiative, and the ability to think on your feet — ideal for those looking to grow into supervisory positions.
