Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care plans.
- Provide skilled nursing care, including medication management, wound care and IV therapy.
- Provide case management services to coordinate patient care across multiple disciplines.
- Monitor patient progress and respond to changes in condition or needs.
- Educate patients and families on health management, medication administration, and infection control practices.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop individualized care plans.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and infection control measures.
Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of GA or multistate license
- Experience in case management and medication administration preferred.
- Proficiency in IV infusion techniques and experience administering injections.
- Strong understanding of infection control practices.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Compassionate approach to patient care, particularly for individuals with disabilities.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
