Description:
The Industrial Maintenance Technician is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining machinery and equipment to ensure smooth production operations. This role involves diagnosing mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues, performing preventative maintenance, and minimizing downtime in a manufacturing environment.
Requirements:- Perform troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance on production equipment, conveyors, robotic systems, and other machinery.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance to reduce equipment failures.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic system issues.
- Read and interpret technical diagrams, schematics, and blueprints.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation of repairs.
- Assist in equipment installation, upgrades, and modifications.
- Work with other departments to resolve technical issues and improve equipment efficiency.
- Respond to emergency breakdowns promptly to minimize production downtime.

Qualifications & Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification or associate degree in Industrial Maintenance, Electrical, or a related field preferred.
- 2 years of experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing or automotive environment.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
- Welding and fabrication skills are a plus.
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
