About the Executive Assistant:
The Executive Assistant is responsible for a broad range of high-level administrative duties in support of the President/CEO. This position acts independently and exercises initiative to achieve organizational goals and objectives, maintains confidentiality, and establishes and maintains positive working relationships. This position understands the need for attention to detail as they will represent the company in communication, publication and representation. The Executive Assistant will be able to prioritize needs, quickly adapt to changes and understand the importance of managing and prioritizing tasks.
Responsibilities:
· Ability to perform in a role that requires a high degree of flexibility with the ability to independently interpret policies and solve non-routine, complex issues under minimal supervision, balanced with a willingness to request clarification/assistance when difficulties arise.
· Provide support with various projects which require the ability to manage multiple, concurrent tasks with the highest levels of professionalism, confidentiality, and timely turn-around.
· Provides high-level administrative support to President and CEO and other executive staff
· Performs clerical duties and administrative tasks including managing and drafting emails, sending company announcements and heavy calendar management
· Receives incoming communication on behalf of the President and CEO
· Arranges travel and accommodations for President and CEO
· Supports President and CEO with task management and execution
· Protect the integrity of confidential information in all matters
· Responsible for planning domestic and international flights, hotel accommodations, transportation, and itinerary creation
· Interacts with corporate clients and community business leaders
· Performs additional duties assigned by executives

Qualifications

· Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
· High School Diploma
Preferred
Associate or Bachelor degree
Experience in administrative role
Paralegal experience
Physical requirements
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
Must be able to lift-up to 15 pounds at times

Pay: DOE . Salary or hourly negotiated upon being hired.

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
