As a Mechanical Engineering BIM Modeler, you will play a key role in our engineering team! You will work on a range of exciting projects, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to create efficient and sustainable mechanical systems.

As a Mechanical BIM Modeler At EAPC, You Will
- Assist the Project Manager or Principal on projects from concept to successful completion
- Utilize and manage computer-aided design software such as REVIT and AutoCAD
- May use TRACE for building calculations
- May assist in equipment selection and scheduling
- Work day-to-day with other engineering disciplines, internal and external, of the organization
- May perform construction management, as necessary, for projects during the construction phase
- Must be able to accommodate and meet customer demands within deadlines
- Verify and interpret applicable codes and regulations
- Minimum two-year associate degree in Drafting Technology or related degree
- Must have experience with REVIT, or extensive coursework at minimum
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems
- Knowledge of standardized drafting practices and procedures
- Strong communication and computer skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Willingness to travel
- Willingness to work occasional overtime
- A valid driver's license
- Eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
