Front Desk Manager Assistant: work with biller when needed. Calm environment!. .
Learn Software used for Scheduling Patients, Take Patient Payments. .
Answer Phones, Schedule patients for Hearing Health Care Needs.
Check Insurance Benefits, Scan and Email Patients and Referring Physicians.
Assist Owner when requested.
Confirm Patient appointments. Check patients in and/or out (Pre and Post Appointment).. Answer Patient questions once trained.
Check Hearing Aids in as they are delivered.
Assist Health Care providers when necessary.. Take Calls for Warren Clinic during their lunch as Warren Clinic does when Dearborn Clinic is at lunch.
