Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Specialist to join our fast paced, three provider ENT medical office. This position requires strong computer skills and experience with medical software, and a solid understanding of medical terminology. The Office Specialist will be responsible for managing schedules, maintaining patient records, and ensuring smooth office operations.
Duties
- Manage medical scheduling to ensure efficient appointment flow and patient care.
- Provide administrative support by filing, organizing, and maintaining patient records
- Communicate effectively with patients, healthcare providers, and staff to facilitate smooth operations.
- Handle inquiries related to medical terminology and procedures as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
We have a friendly, energetic staff and would welcome an enthusiastic person with a basic knowledge of the medical field. We are willing to train the right person. We have openings at our reception desk AND in our allergy department. Dependability and reliable transportation are a MUST.
