Qualifications:
- Required:
- Active LPN or RN license in Wisconsin
- Proven experience in clinical settings with a focus on workflow management and patient care.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with excellent time management skills.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
- Must be willing to work at both our Neenah and Appleton clinics.
- Preferred:
- Experience in a leadership or team coordination role.
- Familiarity with healthcare software and systems to manage scheduling, patient flow, and reporting.
