Ear, Nose and Throat Specialists of Wisconsin is growing and looking for an experienced Medical Assistant or LPN to join our clinic team! Duties/Responsibilities:
- Recognize and report changes in a patient's condition to supervising medical staff
- Maintain a clean and safe environment in the examination room
- Explain or demonstrate procedures to the patient
- Gather, store, and track medical records of patients
- Room patients and record findings
- Provide patient education and surgical instructions
- Order laboratory and diagnostic procedures
- Support physicians with in-room scribing
- Perform administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments and tracking lab results and orders
Qualifications:
- We’re looking for someone who gets along great with others and provides exceptional patient care!
- CMA or LPN preferred
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Medical Assistant or LPN
- Full-time (40 hours/week) availability Monday-Friday
- This position is primarily located in our Appleton-Westhill clinic with occasional travel to Neenah
