Duties/Responsibilities:
- Provide safe, quality allergy testing
- Administer immunotherapy injections, following the Six Rights of Medication Administration
- Provide accurate and timely documentation of patient care
- Allergy serum preparation
- Manage patient compliance
- Support physicians and advocate for patients
- Facilitate billing process
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1-year experience as a Medical Assistant or LPN
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or LPN preferred
- BLS Certification preferred
- Detail-oriented with strong critical thinking skills
- Ability to work within a team nursing model
- Strong and effective verbal and written communication skills
- Solution-focused problem-solving skills
- Full-time 40 hours/week
- This position is primarily located in our Appleton and Neenah clinics, but must be willing to occasionally travel to our Oshkosh clinic.
