Duties/Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming phone calls and web messages from patients, provider offices, hospitals, and pharmacies in an office environment
- Initiate and coordinate cancer treatment referrals with radiation, imaging, and/or medical oncology as needed
- Schedule routine and urgent provider visits
- Coordinate with physician and medical assistants for urgent add-ons and consultations
- Manage e-scripts, telephone encounters, and documents as required
- Manage patient care/triage voicemails
- Manage medication refills
- Assist with other administrative duties as assigned
- Act as a resource to our patient service representatives and medical assistants as needed
Qualifications:
- CMA or LPN preferred
- Minimum 2 years experience in a clinic setting or similar role

Please note this position is full-time at 32-40 hours per week. Mondays and Fridays are required days (unless PTO is granted), but we are flexible on the other 2 days for candidates who wish to work 4 days/week.
