OLCC workers permit required
Responsibilities:
- Can tightly hand trim 1-1.5 lbs. of finished flower per day
- Person must be consistent with time management to meet production goals while producing a consistently premium product.
- Must be team oriented, able to follow standard operation procedures / trim instructions, as well as take constructive criticisms from their team lead.
- Must be able to lift up to 70lbs when necessary
- Must Be able to sit/stand for long periods of time
- Maintain a neat, clean and orderly work environment.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to perform grasping, lifting, walking, standing, talking,
- and repetitive motions
- Minimal handling of the flower.
- The ability to trim each flower to its unique expression.
- No shaping, No Crows Feet, Clean Cuts – No cutting into the buds.
Desired Experience:
- Regulations require that applicants be at least 21 years of age and able to obtain and maintain state marijuana work credentials.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required
- 1 year dry cannabis trimming experience
- Familiarity with weights and measures
- Ability to accurately fill out documentation
- Must be able to clearly communicate with team members
- Possess basic math skills such as addition, subtraction, division, and multiplication
- Ability to understand and follow processes to produce products that meet quality standards
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize competing demands
- Must be able to work in a challenging fast-paced environment while maintaining strong attention to detail
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $17.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
