We are currently on the lookout for a seasoned and dynamic ASSISTANT STORE TEAM LEADER / Assistant Store Manager to support operations at our Kapolei location.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in the food and beverage industry with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the BOH (Back of House) or FOH (Front of House)
- Demonstrated ability in assisting with management, training, and providing constructive guidance to line staff
- Strong organizational skills, capable of assisting in cleanup efforts, task delegation, schedule creation, and flexibility to work extended shifts if required
- Availability to adapt to the restaurant's needs, contributing to its smooth operation
- While not mandatory, experience with purchasing is advantageous

Responsibilities:
- Support the team in delivering speedy service with consistently delicious food while ensuring friendly and efficient customer service
- Aid in administrative tasks by organizing invoices and contributing to maintaining an orderly system
- Collaborate in conducting thorough inspections of deliveries to ensure completeness and accuracy
- Collaborate in maintaining optimal stock levels of high-quality ingredients to ensure consistency and excellence in our food offerings
- Contribute to effective inventory management by assisting in placing timely orders for food, paper supplies, and other operating necessities
- Assist in cultivating a well-trained and efficient staff by supporting adherence to SOPs
- Provide timely coaching and constructive feedback to encourage continuous improvement within the team
- Assist in the hiring and recruitment process as needed
