With two thriving locations in the vibrant city of Honolulu, one in Kapolei, and with plans for expansion, we are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Regional Manager to oversee operations and ensure the success of all our existing and future locations.
Responsibilities:
Operational Oversight:
- Provide strategic leadership and direction to Store Managers at each location.
- Ensure adherence to company standards, policies, and procedures across all operational aspects.
- Collaborate with Store Managers to optimize efficiency, consistency, and excellence in customer service.
People Management:
- Hire, train, and develop Store Managers, fostering a positive and high-performance culture.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to enhance managerial skills.
- Address employee relations issues and work to maintain a positive and inclusive work environment.
Financial Management:
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, collaborating with Store Managers to meet revenue and profitability targets.
- Review financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Quality Control:
- Ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality products and service across all locations.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to uphold cleanliness, safety, and adherence to food safety standards.
Communication and Collaboration:
- Serve as a liaison between upper management and store-level operations.
- Facilitate regular communication channels between locations and share best practices.
- Collaborate with other Regional Managers to implement company-wide initiatives and strategies.
Problem Resolution:
- Address and resolve operational challenges promptly and effectively.
- Work closely with Store Managers to implement corrective actions and prevent recurrence of issues.
Training and Development:
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of store management teams.
- Identify opportunities for professional growth and advancement within the organization.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Regional Manager or in a similar multi-unit leadership role in the food and beverage industry
- Proven proficiency in multiple restaurant positions, FOH (Front of House) and BOH (Back of House)
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations, financial management, and people leadership
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to travel between locations as needed
- Flexibility to adapt to the dynamic nature of the fast-casual restaurant industry
