Qualifications:
- Extensive background in the food and beverage industry with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the BOH (Back of House) or FOH (Front of House)
- Proven track record of successful management, training, and corrective counseling of line staff for at least 3 years
- Exceptional organizational skills, capable of leading cleanup efforts, delegating tasks, creating schedules, and working extended shifts if needed
- Open availability, as our managers play a crucial role in meeting the restaurant's needs and ensuring its smooth operation
- While not required, experience with purchasing is a valuable asset
Responsibilities:
- Lead the charge in delivering speedy service with consistently delicious food while ensuring our team provides friendly and efficient customer service
- Keep administrative tasks in check by organizing invoices and maintaining an orderly system
- Conduct thorough inspections of deliveries to ensure completeness and accuracy
- Create weekly schedules to ensure that restaurant is fully and properly staffed
- Maintain optimal stock levels of high-quality ingredients to guarantee consistency and excellence in our food offerings
- Display exceptional inventory management skills by placing timely orders for food, paper supplies, and other operating necessities
- Cultivate a well-trained and efficient staff by ensuring adherence to SOPs
- Provide timely coaching and constructive feedback to foster continuous improvement within the team
- Hire and recruit continuously to keep stores well-staffed with excellent employees
