Job Summary: The Prep Cook role is responsible for preparing and cooking food to the highest standards, ensuring a great guest experience and maintaining a sanitary work area at all times. This includes setting up stations, storing and labeling product properly, stocking and maintaining freshness, handling allergies or special requests correctly, and interacting positively and quickly with guests.

Main Responsibilities:

•Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the storage and labeling of ingredients and supplies.

•Prepare and cook food to order, following recipes and procedures to ensure consistency and quality.

•Handle customer requests and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

•Work collaboratively with other team members to maintain a smooth and efficient kitchen operation.

•Adhere to health and safety protocols to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
