What are the responsibilities and job description for the CSR - Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher position at Earl's Air Conditioning?
This Position is for WEEKDAY Dispatching. Typically 8 hours per day
Schedule service repairs and dispatch field service technicians to customer locations for service based on location, skill level of the technicians, and facility response guidelines.
· Schedule and dispatch planned maintenance to ensure timely completion.
· Receive service requests from customers and coworkers. Enter information into the computer. Assist Managers with paperwork and prepare reports.
· Answer incoming customer inquiries
· Record customer information within our customer service database
· Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
· Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies
· Other duties as requested
Qualifications:
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Excellent phone skills
· Good communication, organizational, math and computer skills
· Experience with Microsoft Office
· Leadership skills, technical experience and HVAC knowledge a plus
· Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-pace environment
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
