Job Description:
- Responsibilities include all accounting, HR, IT, and building maintenance
- Review and renew all dealership insurance
- Manage month end process
- Maintain procedures
- Analyze monthly performance of departments
- Reconcile all bank accounts
- Work with auditors on compilations, audits, and tax planning
- Supervise accounting office and maintenance supervisor
- Maintain handbook and stay abreast of changing labor laws
- File all insurance claims
- Represent dealership in legal matters
- Review daily doc and communicate trends to department heads
- File local, state, and federal taxes
- Manage cash and floorplan
- Maintain general ledger, schedules, and reconciliations
- Maintain Quickbooks for all miscellaneous entities
- Review and sign checks, agreements, and contracts
- Manage onboarding for all new hires
- Keep dealership in compliance with all matters
Requirements:
- Previous dealership experience required
- Must pass drug screening/MVR/background
