Perform roof repairs on all types of roofing, including tile, shingle, flat, and TPO.Inspect roofs to identify issues and determine appropriate repair methods.Replace damaged or missing roofing materials such as tiles, shingles, or membranes.Seal leaks and repair damaged flashing to prevent water infiltration.Repair or replace damaged underlayment and decking as necessary.Clean and clear debris from roofs and gutters to ensure proper drainage.Work safely and efficiently to complete repairs within specified timelines.Communicate with clients to explain repair options and provide estimates for services.Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while working at heights.Our Hiring Process
