POSITION SUMMARY:
Seeking an Administrative Assistant for our Engineering Department to join our growing team in Wall, NJ.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
· Preparing and processing of Bid Proposals
· Preparing and processing contracts upon award
· Preparing and processing close-out documents
· Filing and maintaining files for correspondence and documents
· Various other administrative tasks
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
· Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook
· A self-starter who is organized, personable and reliable with the ability to work under pressure and multitask
· Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team
· Willingness to take on additional responsibilities as needed
· Must be able to use a typewriter
· Administrative Experience
