Earlimart School District is seeking candidates for the position of Assistant MOT Director.
Successful candidates will be Student Centered, incorporate collaborative structures, are solution orientated and are a systems thinker. This position will serve as a part of management and will require flexible scheduling as well as leadership development and participation in leadership meetings and trainings.
Additionally successful candidates will have strong technical knowledge in facilities operations and will lead the work with a standard of excellence, through a lens of equity and promote a culture of empathy.

Copy of High School Diploma or GED and copy of BA or transcripts (if applicant has a BA Degree).
Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• BA degree preferred OR Five years combined experience in Maintenance, Operations, and/or Transportation
• 3 years of supervisory experience preferred
• 2 years of transportation experience preferred
• Previous experience in maintenance, operations, and/or transportation in educational setting
• Ability to perform all essential duties listed on job description
Salary : $69,130 - $82,930
