We are seeking a dynamic and hospitality-driven Guest Experience Manager to lead our front-door team and elevate the guest experience throughout the entire restaurant. As a Guest Experience Manager, you are the first and last impression for every guest, ensuring seamless service, creating memorable moments, and leading the host team with energy and expertise.
As a Guest Experience Manager, you will:
- Lead and Inspire the Host Team. Train, mentor, and guide Hosts to create a warm, welcoming, and efficient entry experience.
- Own the Guest Experience. Ensure every guest interaction is personalized, engaging, and memorable from the arrival to departure.
- Manage Flow & Service Excellence. Oversee reservations, walk-ins, and table assignments to optimize the dining experience and support service efficiency.
- Enhance Technology & Guest Engagement. Utilize platforms like OpenTable, DoorDash, and Skip the Dishes to streamline service and maximize guest satisfaction.
- Problem-Solve with Confidence. Employ an “It’s Your Business” mentality to make empowered decisions for you and your team members.
