Duties
- Assist in managing daily operations of the mobile coffee shop to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Oversee inventory management and control processes for coffee beans, supplies, and equipment to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Utilize financial reporting and retail math for budgeting to support business decisions.
- Train, mentor, and supervise barista staff, promoting a collaborative team atmosphere.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to enhance customer satisfaction with our beverages and services.
- Implement sales strategies to achieve targets and drive revenue growth, particularly during busy service times.
- Maintain organized records of inventory, sales transactions, and employee performance.
Experience
- Previous experience in a coffee shop or food service management or supervisory role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in coffee preparation techniques and equipment operation, as well as inventory management systems.
- Excellent negotiation skills with experience in vendor relations.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers and staff.
- A solid understanding of sales management practices and techniques in the food and beverage industry.
