Duties:
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly
- Deliver orders to tables and ensure customer satisfaction
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the dining experience
- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining a clean dining area
- Help answer customer questions about menu items and make recommendations
- Follow food safety guidelines to ensure the health and safety of customers
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a server or in a customer service
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well with a team
- Knowledge of culinary terms and menu items is beneficial but not required
- Must have excellent hospitality skills and a friendly demeanor
