We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender to join our dynamic team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting cocktails, serving beverages, and providing top-notch service in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Engage with customers, taking drink orders and providing recommendations based on their tastes.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring all tools and equipment are sanitized.
- Monitor inventory levels of liquor, beer, wine, and mixers; assist in ordering supplies as needed.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper math skills for tab calculations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service during busy periods or special events such as banquets or catering functions.
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries or concerns promptly.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Bartender in a fine dining or high-volume restaurant setting is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
- Proficient in basic math skills for handling cash transactions and tab calculations.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and responsible alcohol service regulations.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Experience with banquet services or catering is a plus but not required.
