What You’ll Do:
- Build meaningful relationships with students, making them feel loved, welcomed, and understood.
- Facilitate learning through play, encouraging curiosity and exploration.
- Ensure each child’s childhood is a joyful and positive experience they’ll always remember.
- Partner with families to strengthen the home-to-school connection.
- Collaborate with a supportive team that values calmness, patience, and teamwork.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous group care experience (required).
- ECE credits or willingness to enroll in early childhood education courses.
- A calm, nurturing individual who believes in relationship-first care.
- Someone who thrives in a play-based, collaborative environment.
