As a Program Supervisor, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining these values while supporting our team and operations.
What You’ll Do:
- Oversee Classrooms: Ensure that classrooms run smoothly, foster a positive learning environment, and uphold Early Bloomers’ standards of care.
- Support Teachers: Build relationships with staff, provide coaching and guidance, and step in to assist classrooms as needed.
- Daily Operations: Assist in the day-to-day operations of the center, stepping into ratio as necessary and ensuring compliance with licensing and safety standards.
- Foster Relationships: Collaborate with families, children, and staff to maintain strong bonds and a welcoming community.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: Previous group care experience and leadership in an early learning setting (required).
- Education: ECE credits or willingness to enroll in early childhood education courses.
- Leadership Skills: A calm, level-headed, and nurturing individual with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Values Alignment: Someone who believes in relationship-first, play-based learning and thrives in a collaborative, supportive environment.

Pay: $20.00 - $22.50 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
