We are a network of licensed child care providers in the Upper Valley/Dartmouth region and support providers in Sullivan and Grafton and Coos Counties in NH as well as Windsor and Orange Counties in VT. The mission of the ECEA is to provide an opportunity for professionals working with children birth to 5 years to collaborate in an effort to enhance the lives of children and families in the Upper Valley. Our vision is to ensure that every child and family has equitable access to high quality care and education.
