At Early Childhood Academy, we are always looking for passionate, dedicated individuals to join our team. Whether you have experience in child care, meal prep, cleaning and inventory, general maintenance, or are looking to support in various capacities, we would love to hear from you! Our privately owned Child care center provides a nurturing and vibrant environment for children, and we want team members who can contribute to all aspects of the academy. This is not your average daycare!

Responsibilities for Positions:

- Foster a safe, clean, and supportive environment for children and staff

- Work collaboratively with the team to create a positive and professional atmosphere for learning, growth, and supporting team mentality

- Maintain high standards of health, safety, and cleanliness across the academy

- Communicate effectively with fellow team members and, when appropriate, with parents

- Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities

- Ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard

Qualifications:

- Experience working with children in a daycare or educational setting is preferred but not required. A passion for early childhood education is key!

- Experience in food preparation and safety, general housekeeping/custodial is helpful, but not required.

- Strong communication skills

- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team

- Ability to take direction, feedback for growth, and show initiative

- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 - $17.00 per hour
