About Inclusion Support Services: Inclusion Support Services works with early education providers such as childcare centers and family childcare homes to support a capacity building model of inclusion where all children have a successful early care education experience. Our services provide training and support to childcare providers, parents and other caregivers to support children with developmental and/or social emotional concerns.

Description: The Inclusion Specialist provides coaching, guidance, training, and consultation to early education providers in childcare and family childcare home settings with the goal of supporting the developmental, social-emotional, and other needs of young children birth to 5 years old. The Inclusion Specialist works with families in community and home settings to ensure needs are being met across primary caregivers in the child's life. The Inclusion Specialist supports professional development initiatives with early education providers.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in early childhood, special education, social work or a related human services field and two years of experience in case management in early childhood. Applicant must have knowledge of early childhood development including strategies for working with children who demonstrate behavioral challenges and/or developmental delays. Knowledge of child observation, early education settings, family supports, inclusion services, and early childhood developmentally appropriate practices is preferred. Bi-lingual preferred.

Work Setting: Direct services are provided in early education sites and through home visiting. Applicants are able to conduct office work through a combination of coming to the agency office in Brandon 33510 and working from home at the discretion of the Program Manager.
Service Area: Hillsborough County. Applicant must be willing to drive and provide services through childcare visits and home visitation at locations throughout Hillsborough County.
Other: Mileage reimbursement and a cell phone stipend are provided by the agency.
