Key Responsibilities
Hands-on, on-site assistance to center teams to ensure high standards of success.
Identify areas of improvement and implement solutions collaboratively.
Analyze detailed reports to measure progress and track improvements.
Set clear goals and ensure alignment with overall KPI's such as enrollment, utilization, labor, compliance, etc.
Continuously refine workflows and processes to enhance center performance.
Foster a culture of adaptability and collaboration among directors and ECE staff.
