What are the responsibilities and job description for the Child Care Teacher position at Early Childhood Program?

Responsibilities:
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children in your care
- Supervise and engage children in age-appropriate play and learning activities
- Maintain a clean and organized childcare space
- Monitor children's behavior and address any issues using effective behavior management techniques
- Ensure the health and safety of all children
- Communicate with parents or guardians regarding their child's day
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with children in a daycare, preschool, or nannying position
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices
- Ability to provide age-appropriate care and education young children
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues
- Patience, creativity, and a genuine love for working with children
