Job Summary
Responsible for all functions of the Enrollment department including welcoming families to Early Connections, hospitably shaping the experience that follows, maintaining optimal enrollment in classrooms and partnership programs, managing enrollment inquiries, assessing partnership criteria, managing and analyzing data, and informing the marketing strategy.
Essential Duties
- Oversee the entire child enrollment process from initial inquiry to registration
- Responsible for maintaining optimal enrollment in Early Connections classrooms and partnership programs including Early Head Start, Head Start, and Universal Pre-K.
- Responsible for inputting, managing and maintaining accurate and up-to-date enrollment data in the organization’s child management systems, ensuring all family and child information is correct.
- Utilize customer relationship management system (CRM) to track inquires, leads and program waitlists.
- Analyze enrollment trends and historical data, identifying patterns or potential challenges related to enrollment numbers, waitlists, and student withdrawals, in an effort to maintain program enrollment.
- Generate reports to provide insights into enrollment trends, partnerships, and other relevant metrics.
- Supervise enrollment support personnel to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and accurately while helping them grow in their positions
- Provide exceptional internal and external customer service, working with families to answer questions, provide information on early education services, assist with registration, and connect them with internal and external support services if requested or necessary.
- Act as a primary point of contact for all internal and external enrollment-related communication, including answering calls, emails, and in-person inquiries.
- As part of enrolling a new family, ensure paperwork is complete, assign tuition fees, and send add slips to appropriate staff.
- Build and maintain accurate enrollment records, ensuring compliance with licensing, health, and program regulations.
- Build relationships with referral and community agencies and participate in enrollment events as needed.
- Analyze data to help inform marketing strategy and work collaboratively with the Community Engagement team.

Qualifications
- Must have 3-5 years customer service experience
- Strong background in data management
- AA in business administration preferred
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
- Prior to employment, candidate must pass federal and state criminal and Colorado Department of Early Childhood background checks, pre-employment drug screen, and verification of employment, education and/or credentials and, by position, valid driver’s license.
