Job Overview:
We are seeking 2 dedicated and passionate early educators to join our team. The ideal candidates will have experience working with young children and creating a nurturing learning environment.
Overview of Duties:
- Caregiving duties including diapering and feeding
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to stimulate each child's individual development
- Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with children, parents, and co-workers
- Monitor and document children's milestones and progress
- Collaborate with other teachers to coordinate curriculum ideas
- Ensure the classroom is clean, organized, sanitary, and well-maintained
- Able to lift 50 pounds
- Able to stand from a floor sitting position

Requirements:
- Previous experience working with young children
- Knowledge of child development and best practices
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sixty hours of college course work with 6 of those hours in early childhood related classes OR 30 hours of college course work with 6 of those hours in early childhood related classes one year of formal, documented early childhood experience OR CDA

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
