What are the responsibilities and job description for the HR Administrative Assistant position at Early Intervention and Consultation Services, LLC?
An administrative assistant that can perform a variety of administrative tasks and supports the HR department:
- Recruitment: Post job openings, review resumes, schedule interviews, and conduct initial candidate screenings
- Employee records: Maintain employee databases and employee files, track attendance and leaves, and process payroll
- Benefits: Assist employees with benefits-related inquiries and process benefit enrollments
- Policies and procedures: Help formulate policies and procedures, and communicate updates to employees
- Employee relations: Help foster positive relationships
- Communication: Respond to employee inquiries via phone, email, or in-person, and maintain the departmental email account
- Training: Support HR-related training programs, workshops, and seminars
- Reports: Generate reports on general HR activities
Administrative assistants that help support HR and Executive Director should have strong organizational and time management skills, and be able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. They should also be software and Microsoft Office Suites.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
