Location : Five Boroughs of New York City and the Hudson Valley

Job Description :

We are a dynamic agency dedicated to serving children from birth to 21 years old, offering a range of services including Early intervention and HCBS and mental health services. We are seeking a motivated and engaging Community Liaison to join our team.

Key Responsibilities :

Build and maintain relationships with community organizations, families, and potential clients to increase awareness of our services.
Act as the primary point of contact for community outreach initiatives and events.
Develop and implement strategies to connect with diverse communities throughout the five boroughs.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure cohesive messaging and service delivery.
Gather and report community feedback to help improve services and outreach efforts.

Qualifications :

Strong understanding of community resources and networks within New York City.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience in community outreach, social services, or related fields preferred.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
