Position Overview:We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Learner Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with toddlers and a strong commitment to early childhood education. This position offers the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of young children while working in a supportive and collaborative environment.Hours for this position are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm with a one-hour lunch break.
Duties
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.
- Create a nurturing and supportive classroom environment where children feel safe, valued, and respected.
- Foster positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues through effective communication and collaboration.
- Observe and assess children's progress and communicate with parents/guardians about their child's development.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting classroom environment that meets health and safety standards.
Requirements
- Associate degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
- Previous experience working with toddlers in a childcare setting.
- Strong understanding of child development principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Patience, creativity, and a genuine love for working with young children.
