Summary

We are seeking a dedicated early childhood educator who will truly enjoy working with our youngest students. This is a great opportunity to help lead a creative team to provide a welcoming, developmentally-appropriate environment for our littles.

Our focus is on open-ended activities that foster curiosity and creativity.

Duties

You will :

  • Partner with an experienced co-teacher in all aspects of classroom management, planning, and delivery of curriculum and care
  • Maintain a positive environment with focus on pro-social development
  • Set the tone to engage in a positive manner with children
  • Interact with parents in a warm, professional manner

Requirements

  • Experience with infants and / or toddlers, preferably in a group setting
  • CDA, ECE credits, or post-secondary degree strongly preferred, but will consider relevant experience in lieu of formal education
  • Energy, maturity, warmth, flexibility, strong work ethic, and enjoyment of nature

  • Bachelor's Degree in ECE or related field
